I'm Deborah, a business strategist and mentor, based in the vibrant city of Dubai!
As 2024 unfolds, I'm not just expanding my business; I'm planting some roots in Athens, embracing the thrill of entrepreneurship and the freedom of a nomadic lifestyle.Â
After 20 years in business, I’ve found my true passion in helping others build the businesses of their dreams so they can live life on their own terms. I have always believed in spending your working hours doing something you love because it’s a lot of hours to spend doing something you hate!Â
I have taken this approach to business all my life and I can honestly say, I’ve loved every minute of it! I have a business for works FOR me, it doesn’t drain my energy or leave me no time to spend with my family. I have intentionally built it that way and I want to help you do the same!
I was doing multiple jobs, getting overwhelmed daily, and was confused about what to do next to make the business work. I wish I had a solid roadmap of how to do it properly, so I wouldn’t have wasted time or money.Â
I knew I had to learn not just more business fundamentals but ways to make solopreneurship work for me, so I wasn’t exhausted all the time. Over the next decade, I learnt everything I could, and was mentored by a Dragon’s Den Investor, to teach me HOW to get the results I wanted.
Once I knew the business keys I needed I could sell to buyers, get into stores and expand my brand and increase my profits!
When I built my second service based business I found the keys I needed to learn to not just survive, but thrive, as an entrepreneur. I no longer wanted to work 60 hours a week and hit burnout twice a year - so I crafted a system to get from concept to consistently profitable with less confusion and more clarity. I have used the same brand building principles to grow and scale my own 3 businesses as well as 100’s of other businesses too!Â
Now I have so much more balance, my business works as a well-oiled machine FOR me and not the other way around! I get to travel, try out nomad life and spend more time with my family!Â
